Philip Allingham
Mr. Allingham primary practice is in the area of civil litigation focused on employment, housing, and corporate disputes. For select private individuals, he provides services regarding estate planning, wills and trusts, marital dissolution, and other family matters. Mr. Allingham also devotes significant time to his pro bono clients assisting with housing issues and family law.
Mr. Allingham graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2007 where, en route to earning his Juris Doctor, he was the Editor-in-Chief of USF’s Intellectual Property Law Bulletin, won honors in Moot Court, and the Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Investor Justice Law Clinic. He earned a Bachelors of Commerce undergraduate degree from the University of Victoria and before law school was a business consultant to Apple, Nokia, and Major League Baseball focusing on technology and media convergence.
