Jason N. Wolford
Mr. Wolford is an experienced civil litigator who has practiced before the federal and California state courts since 1998. Mr. Wolford’s legal practice involves employment litigation and consulting, real estate litigation, disability discrimination, business disputes, and construction litigation. Mr. Wolford is regularly involved in pro bono activities associated with the San Francisco Bar Association, AIDS Legal Referral Panel, the San Francisco Tenant’s Union, and the Eviction Collaborative. Mr. Wolford is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, the State Bar of California, the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association of Justice.
Mr. Wolford graduated from the Vermont Law School on 1997, where he received both a Juris Doctor and Master’s Degree in environmental law, and was a member of the Environmental Moot Court Advisory Board. Before attending law school Mr. Wolford worked for several years in the fishing industry, and he holds a Masters license issued by the U.S. Coast Guard. Mr. Wolford graduated from San Diego State University in 1992 with a degree in Political Science.
