Appellate Practice

Mr. Liberson is an experienced appellate practitioner whose specialized training began in 1993. At that time, Mr. Liberson commenced a one year clerkship for the Honorable Arthur Alarcon of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. During this clerkship, Mr. Liberson was responsible for reviewing literally hundreds of appellate briefs and drafting opinions on behalf of the court. In his subsequent thirteen years of practice, Mr. Liberson has handled dozens of civil and criminal appeals before the federal and California state appellate courts.

Currently, our appellate practice focuses on the representation of Plaintiffs in civil cases and Defendants in criminal cases.
